- In September SCAS, the average response time for category 1 calls at 9:04 minutes (target <07:00) and category 2 calls at 38:29 (target <18:00). There has been an increase in category 2 incidents. In September 63% of calls fell into category 1 and 2, which is 4% higher since April
- NHS 111 has improved performance since installation of a new telephony system. NHS 111 answered 117,702 calls in September, with those answered within 120 seconds rising to 72% (an improvement from earlier in the year) and a significant improvement in answer delay of 2:07 minutes in September in comparison to longer delays earlier in the year
- In September, Patient Transport Services made 79,692 journeys taking patients to, and collecting them from, medical appointments. Of these, 82.1% arrived on time and 88.2% were collected on time.
